Ruler and Compass is a mathematical software that has been designed to help secondary level students. There are two ways to use the program: one via “On Screen” the other using “Ruler and Compass.”
If you choose “On Screen” you can build geometric shapes as if you were really doing it using rulers and compasses, so you can draw circles, lines, segments and geometric shapes. The program helps you find all the intersections to be as precise as possible.
But, if you choose Ruler and Compass you can write text, thanks to the editor it comes equipped with, directly on the geometric shapes you have already built. Without doubt it is a great mathematical tool which is also free.
